Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We offer customization for weddings, bulk events, and special occasions. You can show us packaging styles you want us to replicate, request customized bulk orders with specific colors and styles, or customize our dopamine vases (including changes to style and color). We do not accept entirely new custom candle designs outside our catalog styles.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Direct Bank Deposit. After making the payment, please share a payment screenshot to our WhatsApp number (provided at checkout and in your confirmation email).

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we have started making your order, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD since our products are handmade to order and prepared after confirmation.

Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Pakistan. For deliveries within Lahore, we use Bykea or Uber.

How long does delivery take?

Are your candles handmade?
Yes, every candle is completely handmade and poured by hand with love.

What are your candles made of?
Our jar candles are made of pure soy wax, and our other candle styles are made with a premium wax blend.

How long do your candles last?
Burn time depends on the size of the candle (for example, a 3 oz candle burns for approximately 20 hours).

How strong is the scent — will it fill the room?
Scent throw depends on candle size, room size, and ventilation. Small jars are suited for smaller areas, while larger jar candles cover a bigger area.

Do the wax bouquets/flowers have a scent?
They have a light natural scent, but you can choose to add your preferred fragrance while selecting your product.

Are your candles safe to burn — any tips for first-time use?
Yes, they are safe to burn. Always place your burning candle on a safe surface (such as a coaster or heat-safe dish) and keep it safely away from children and pets.
Returns & Damages

Can I return or exchange a product?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges because all items are made to order.

What if my order arrives damaged or melted?
Please record a clear video while unboxing your package and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless there is a verified mishandling or error on our end.
Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Yes! You can select gift packaging options, and we can include a gift bag and a personalized note card.

Can I send a candle directly to someone else's address as a gift?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout, and we will dispatch the order directly to their doorstep.
